Position Summary: We are looking for someone with a cheerful personality and positive demeanor to become our director of first impressions as the firm receptionist!

Position Duties:

  • Responsible for greeting clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Responsible for answering phone calls, transferring to firm personnel, and taking messages appropriately
  • Maintain cleanliness of client and staff conference rooms, lobby, and guest coffee bar
  • Order food for meetings as needed and maintain firm snack inventory
  • Responsible for general administrative support tasks such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, distributing mail, maintaining printers/copiers, breakroom cleanliness and stocking, and assisting in firm meeting/event coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative work experience required
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiency and ability to type 35 wpm required
  • Professionalism required
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive to contribute to a dynamic collaborative team environment
  • Prior accounting or professional services firm experience a plus

Physical Setting:

  • Commute to in-person office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
  • Employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly exert 20-40 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
